DTI designs hardware by creating real-time computer simulations before entering the prototyping stage. Schematic, PCB, and Simulation designs are all done in-house by our engineering team. We have the resources to thoroughly check new designs before starting the manufacturing process. Our hardware systems include custom power supplies (SCR, Linear, and SMPS), microprocesser integration, and muliple communication protocols (RS-485, Ethernet, CAN-BUS, and Wireless)
Software design includes development for microprocessor control, PLC, HMI interfaces, and PC (Formation Server, Client, and Database). We also custom develop software for projects such as DTI's Wireless Data Logger, Vent Cap Detection, and Acid Level Monitor. The program languages we use are mainly C/C++ and Visual Studio .NET, as well as Allen Bradly PLC (Rockwell Software). Our software solutions provide our clients with ease-of-use as well as critical access to the data they need, when they need it most.
