Our engineers are constantly available to answer any technical questions that arise, or provide support to solve problems immediately in order to prevent any down times. HRD Automation Machines run 24/7 on production lines and require monitoring to prevent any issues that will slow the facilities manufacturing speeds. We offer on-site support, as well as the ability to remotely access any of our systems and provide immediate technical support. In this manner, technical problems are kept at a minimum, and the battery manufacturing can run its production at a high pace. Our engineers will provide support through phone, email, VOIP, and even video assistance. We also have the latest in technical equipment to analyze problems as quick as possible.

Software Integration

DTI designs hardware by creating real-time computer simulations before entering the prototyping stage. Schematic, PCB, and Simulation designs are all done in-house by our engineering team. We have the resources to thoroughly check new designs before starting the manufacturing process. Our hardware systems include custom power supplies (SCR, Linear, and SMPS), microprocesser integration, and muliple communication protocols (RS-485, Ethernet, CAN-BUS, and Wireless)
